Device Connectivity - Moved

Purpose

The Device Connectivity - Moved form displays the previous and last known network locations for moved IP devices. The network location is indicated by the following parameters:

This form lists only moved IP devices that have not been acknowledged ("Move Acknowledged" set to "No"). Use this form to track moved IP devices and ensure that system programming— such as CESID information— is maintained. Most MITEL IP devices support location detection.

Use this form when performing the following tasks:

Conditions

"Unknown"— the firmware load of the IP device is out-of-date and cannot detect STP and/or CDP and/or LLDP data.

"Not supported"— STP and/or CDP and/or LLDP are not enabled on the network.
